The Programs

Founded in September of 1990, the program has expanded over the years. The program now offers a wide range of social, cultural, educational, recreational and athletic activities for all children and youth aged 6 to 16 without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, national origin or disability. The program offers:
  • Tutoring
  • Computer instruction
  • Music, drama, dance
  • Games, art and crafts
  • Field trips
  • Sports and athletics
  • Inspirational and educational speakers
  • Service projects
  • These programs are offered during the school year from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and during a ten-week summer program, which runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thus, the program operates year-round.
